Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen or aspirin for at least 24 hours before your appointment to minimise the risk of bruising. Please contact us to reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have a breakout near the treatment area.

Arrive with a clean face and ensure you have eaten beforehand to avoid light-headedness during your visit.

We’ll talk through your treatment plan to ensure your results look natural and suit your facial balance.

Your treatment typically takes around 20 minutes. Small injections are carefully placed in key areas around the mouth, chin, and jawline to relax overactive muscles. You may feel a light pinching sensation, but the treatment is very comfortable.

Afterwards, you can continue normal activities. Mild redness or swelling may occur but usually settles within the hour.

Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours. Try to stay upright for several hours and avoid strenuous activity, saunas, or hot yoga for 24–48 hours.

Results develop over 3–10 days, with full results visible within two weeks. You’ll be invited for a review to ensure your results are perfectly balanced.
